      2) In cazul in care exista oferte pe loc 1 ce prezinta pret egal, se va solicita reofertare in vederea departajarii ofertelor. In situatia in care exista 2 sau mai multi ofertanti cu preturi egale situati pe locul 3, acestora li se va solicita preturi noi ce nu pot avea o valoare mai mica decat a ofertantilor situati initial pe locul 2.       4) Autoritatea contractanta va continua procedura de atribuire, chiar daca va exista doar un singur operator economic cu oferta admisibila pe lot si va incheia acordul-cadru doar cu acel operator economic;

      4) În conformitate cu prevederile art. 123 alin. (3) din HG. nr. 395/2016, documentele: DUAE, documentele de calificare, raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari se semneaza cu semnatura electronica extinsa, bazata pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat, reprezentând documente originale;

      5) Documentatia de atribuire este afisata in SEAP, www.e-licitatie.ro, documentul DUAE este disponibil in format electronic, prin intermediul serviciului online, pus la dispozitie gratuit de Comisia Europeana, disponibil la adresa de internet: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter sau https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd.
