      1) Modul in care se poate accesa DUAE in vederea completarii de catre operatorii economici este prin accesarea https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter;

      2) Participarea la procedura:

      Este permisa tuturor operatorilor economici, indiferent de nationalitate, atat persoane fizice autorizate, cat si persoane juridice. Toate documentele solicitate in scopul demonstrarii indeplinirii criteriilor de calificare vor fi in limba romana. In cazul ofertantilor (persoane fizice sau juridice) de alta nationalitate decat cea romana, documentele vor fi transmise in limba in care au fost emise, insotite de o traducere autorizata a acestora in limba romana;

      3) Preturi egale:

      In situatia in care exista doua sau mai multe oferte cu preturi egale clasate pe primul loc, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de documente care contin noi preturi.
