    2. Additional information

      Pentru vizualizarea anuntului de participare si a documentatiei de atribuire si pentru transmiterea solicitarilor de clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire, operatorii economici se vor inregistra in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro) ca operator economic conform prevederilor art. 5 alin. (1) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 si vor transmite solicitarile avand in vedere termenele de raspuns ale autoritatii contractante prevazute la art. 160–161 din Legea nr. 98/2016.

      In cazul in care se constata ca oferta clasata pe primul loc are preturi egale cu celelalte oferte, Autoritatea Contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de documente care contin noi preturi. Atentie! Oferta financiara depusa in SEAP se va cripta conform art. 60 alin. (2) din HG 395/2016; DUAE poate fi descarcat in vederea completarii si depunerii din sectiunea Document de atribuire si poate fi completat de catre operatorii economici la adresa: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter (instructiuni privind completarea DUAE sunt disponibile la adresa www.e-licitatie.ro).
