      Indeplinirea prevederilor H.G. 54/2009.

      In cazul in care ofertele clasate pe locurile 1, 2 sau 3 au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita reofertarea preturilor prin intermediul SEAP. Pretul reofertat nu poate fi imbunatatit decat pana la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior. In cazul in care comisia de evaluare constata ca au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu preturi unitare egale la ofertantii clasati pe primul loc,autoritate contractanta va solicita reofertarea preturilor caz in care contractul va fii atribuit ofertantului al carui noua propunere financiara are pretul cel mai scazut.
