         Valoarea minima a intervalului reprezinta valoarea estimata pana la data de 31.12.2018, in functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele. Suplimentarea contractului este conditionata de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.

         Valoarea estimata a produselor fara TVA: 781 289,29 RON.

         Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in conformitate cu prevederile OUG 107/2017.

      Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire încărcată în SEAP operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-ul http://www.certsign.ro/certsign/resurse/download). Pentru completarea DUAE se va accesa urmatorul link: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter, selectand optiunea de operator economic si incarcand DUAE din prezenta documentatie de atribuire. Departajarea ofertelor cu preturi egale. In cazul in care pe primul loc in clasamentul provizoriu dupa evaluarea financiara au fost depuse 2 sau mai multe oferte admisibile cu preturi egale, in vederea departajarii, se vor solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP ofertantilor la care s-au constatat aceste preturi egale, pentru a introduce o noua propunere financiara imbunatatita al carui pret va fi format din 2 zecimale. Daca în urma acestei operatiuni nu se realizeaza departajarea celui mai mic pret, se reia operatiunea doar inca o data. Daca dupa a doua reofertare nu se departajeaza locul I, autoritatea contractanta va anula procedura de atribuire, in baza art. 212 alin. (1) lit. c) din Legea 98/2016.
