        — conform caietului de sarcini care cuprinde achizitia a 130 loturi de medicamente. Medicamentele si cantitatile vor fi prezentate in caietul de sarcini si in anexa B,

        — autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 13 zile.
