      Daca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au punctaje egale, autoritatea contractanta va incheia contractul cu ofertantul a carui oferta are cel mai mic pret.

      Daca si preturile sunt egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de documente care contin noi preturi, in vederea departajarii ofertelor.

      Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP, operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica).
