         Servicii de asigurare R.C.A. pentru tehnica din înzestrarea unitatilor subordonate I.G.S.U.

         Prezenta procedura este organizata de catre o asociere de autoritati contractante: Inspectoratul General pentru Situatii de Urgenta (reprezentant al asocierii) si unitatile subordonate (asociati- beneficiari finali) conform Acordul de Asociere nr. 130826/1.2.2018, incheiat în baza art. 4 alin. (1) litera c) si art. 44 din Legea 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice.

         Acordul-cadru se va încheia de catre I.G.S.U. ca reprezentant al asocierii si va fi semnat de toate partile semnatare ale acordului de asociere, iar contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate de catre fiecare unitate subordonata a I.G.S.U. ca membru-beneficiar al asocierii pentru vehiculele proprii.

         Termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare: Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
