      Documentele justificative care probeaza îndeplinirea celor asumate prin completarea DUAE urmeaza a fi prezentate, la solicitarea entitatii contractante, de catre toti candidatii selectati inainte de transmiterea invitatiilor pentru etapa a doua a procedurii de atribuire (art. 205 (3) din LG 99/2016). Documentele vor fi depuse in oricare din formele: original/copie legalizata/copie lizibila cu mentiunea „conform cu originalul”/electronic. Ofertele tehnico-financiare vor fi depuse, numai de candidatii calificati, dupa primirea invitatiei de participare la la etapa a doua a procedurii, la data, ora si locul de depunere indicate in invitatie. Numarul de operatori economici preconizat nu este limitativ. Autoritatea contractanta nu doreste limitarea participantilor. Toti candidatii calificati vor fi invitati la negocieri. Negocierile se vor desfasura in runde succesive cu fiecare participant in parte pana cand oferta preliminara nu mai poate fi imbunatatita. Perioada minima pe parcursul careia ofertantul trebuie sa isi mentina oferta: 180 de zile de la data limita stabilita pentru depunere a ofertelor. Preturile vor fi calculate cu maxim 2 zecimale.
