         Cel mai mic contract subsecvent: 9 132,33 RON, (exclusiv TVA) incluzand: proiectare + lucrari de demolare/desfiintare a constructiilor, din care: Executie: 9 041,91 RON, exclusiv TVA; Proiectare: 90,42 RON, exclusiv TVA.

      Autoritatea contractanta va incheia acordul-cadru cu 3 operatori economici.

      — La reluarea competitiei, va fi aplicat criteriul de atribuire „pretul cel mai scazut”,

      — Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza cu respectarea elementelor/conditiilor prevazute în acordul-cadru, prin reluarea competitiei între toti operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru.

      Se vor transmite invitatii catre cei 3 operatori economici pentru depunerea unei noi oferte conform preturilor existente pe piata la acea data, iar contractul se va incheia cu ofertantul declarat castigator.
