      În situatia în care pe primele 3 locuri se claseaza 4 sau mai multe oferte cu acelasi pret comisia va solicita clarificari prin intermediul facilitatilor SEAP, incarcarea de catre ofertantii în cauza a unor documente ce vor contine o noua propunere financiara.

      Acordul-cadru de furnizare produse va fi incheiat pe o perioada de 24 luni de la data semnarii lui, cu 3 operatori, fara reluarea competitiei.

      Metoda cascada implica atribuirea contractelor subsecvente promitentului furnizor clasat pe locul I. In cazul in care promitentul furnizor clasat pe locul I nu are capacitatea sa furnizeze produsele in cauza, contractele subsecvente se pot atribui fara reluarea competitiei, promitentului furnizor clasat pe locul II. In cazul in care nici furnizorul clasat pe locul II, nu are capacitatea sa furnizeze produsele in cauza, contractele subsecvente se pot atribui fara reluarea competitiei, promitentului furnizor clasat pe locul III.
