      1) Mod de obtinere a documentatiei de atribuire

      — Prin acces direct si nemijlocit la descarcarea fisierelor electronice atasate în SEAP la anuntul de participare, sectiunea „Documentatie si clarificari”; pentru deschiderea fisierelor cu extensie „p7m”, se instaleaza aplicatia „verifierx86.exe” care se poate descarca de la adresa de internet www.certsign.ro/certsign/resurse/download, se face dublu click pe fisier, se selecteaza butonul View sau Save; documentatia este gratuita,

      — Documentele ofertei se prezinta, in conditiile exprimate in Sectiunea IV.4.3. punctul a.4., prin intermediul SEAP, iar orice solicitari/comunicari/informari/raspunsuri/remiteri de documente din partea operatorilor economici/ autoritatii contractante se transmit/au loc utilizând mijloacele precizate in Sectiunea IV.4.3. punctul a.8.;

      2) Informatii cu privire la criteriul de atribuire:

      — Detaliile se regasesc în Anexa B – Loturi, Informatii suplimentare privind criteriul de atribuire aferent fiecarui lot;

      3) Mod de departajare a ofertelor clasate pe primul loc cu punctaje egale

      — aca doua sau mai multe oferte obtin acelasi punctaj în urma aplicarii algoritmului de calcul, clasamentul se va stabili în ordinea descrescatoare a pretului ofertat, iar oferta câstigatoare va fi declarata cea care se claseaza pe pozitia 1 din clasamentul astfel refacut. În situatia în care doua sau mai multe oferte prezinta preturi egale, se va solicita o noua propunere financiara, iar oferta cu noul pret cel mai scazut va fi declarata câstigatoare;

      4) Informarea ofertantilor/comunicarea rezultatului procedurii

      — conform art. 214, art. 215 din „Legea 98” si art. 142 din „Norme”;

      5) Încheierea acordului-cadru/contractului subsecvent

      — conform art. 143 si art. 144 din Normele la Legea 98/2016;

      6) Daca este cazul, orice document prezentat în alta limba decât limba româna, va fi însotit de o traducere autorizata.
