      In cazul in care pe primul loc vor exista 2 sau mai multe oferte admisibile care prezinta acelasi pret autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor respectivi o noua reofertare in plicuri inchise si sigilate, în vederea departajarii. Clasamentul final se va stabili in urma preturilor obtinute prin reofertare, criteriul de atribuire fiind acelasi, “pretul cel mai scazut”.

      Oferta si documentele care o insotesc se depun on line semnate cu semnatura electronic extinsa, sub sanctiunea respingerii ofertei ca inacceptabila in baza art. 137 alin. (1) litera j) din HG 395/2016. Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP operatorul economic trebuie sa detina un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program este disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica).
