      1) Modalitatea de departajare a eventualelor oferte cu preturi egale. In cazul în care doua sau mai multe oferte clasate pe primul loc au acelasi pret, atunci, în vederea stabilirii ofertei castigatoare, la solicitarea scrisa a comisiei de evaluare, transmisa in SEAP, sectiunea „Loturi/Intrebari”, se va raspunde cu o noua oferta online (in SEAP), sau, dupa caz, confirmarea ca se mentine pretul initial. Dupa o noua evaluare si aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, va fi declarat castigator ofertantul care a avut pretul cel mai mic sau, in caz de mentinere a egalitatii, cazul in care nu se poate stabili nici un castigator, procedura se va anula, in baza art. 212 alin.(1), litera (c);

      2) Ofertantii aflati pe primul loc in clasamentul intermediar realizat dupa evaluarea tuturor ofertelor depuse, conform criteriului de atribuire precizat in anuntul de participare, vor prezinta documentele suport indicate in fisa de date a achizitiei, in vederea probarii celor asumate prin DUAE;

      3) Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise online (in SEAP);

      4) Semnarea contractului subsecvent se va face in termen de maxim 3 zile lucratoare de la data primirii acestuia de la achizitor;

      5) Toate documentele depuse in SEAP vor fi semnate cu semnatura electronica extinsa, bazata pe un certificate calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat, (conform art. 22 din HG 395/2016 si art. 42 din HG 1259/2001);
