      1) Precizari privind atribuirea contractelor subsecvente:

      — atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face lunar sau trimestrial, în functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru si de existenta creditelor bugetare aprobate,

      — autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa achizitioneze întreaga cantitate maxima estimata a acordului-cadru;

      2) Ajustarea pretului contractului: Formula de calcul pentru actualizarea valorilor produselor utilizand Indicele Preturilor de Consum (IPC) pentru marfuri nonalimentare: A = Suma initiala de actualizat x IPC/100, unde: A= valoarea actualizata, IPC= indicele preturilor de consum pentru marfuri nonalimentare, calculat de Institutul National de Statistica (www.INSSE.ro). Suma initiala de actualizat = pretul unitar prevazut in acordul-cadru. Nu se accepta ajustarea pretului in timpul derularii contractului subsecvent;

      3) Ofertele clasate pe locul I cu preturi egale — pentru departajare se ca solicita o noua oferta de pret prin intermediul SEAP;

      4) Durata acordului-cadru — Acordul-cadru poate înceta si în urmatoarele cazuri:

      — prin ajungerea la termen,

      — prin acordul de vointa al partilor,

      — prin rezilierea de catre o parte ca urmare a neîndeplinirii sau îndeplinirii în mod necorespunzator a obligatiilor asumate prin prezentul acord-cadru, de catre cealalta parte, cu notificare prealabila de 5 zile a partii în culpa.
