      In situatia in care se constata ca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au preturi egale se va solicita de catre autoritatea contractanta reofertare in SEAP la Sectiunea Intrebari. Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate cu ofertantii clasati pe primul loc. In cazul in care acestia nu mai pot sa-si sustina pretul sau nu-si indeplinesc obligatiile contractuale in mod corespunzator, atunci autoritatea contractanta va solicita incheierea contractelor subsecvente cu ofertantii clasati pe locul 2, daca exista.
