      Modul de departajare al ofertelor clasate pe primul loc, cu preturi egale: In cazul in care pe primul loc se claseaza mai multe oferte cu pret egal pentru departajare se va solicita prin intermediul SEAP depunerea de noi oferte. In cazul in care pe locurile doi si trei se claseaza ofertanti care au preturi egale pentru departajare se va solicita prin intermediul SEAP depunerea de noi oferte fara a afecta operatorii de pe locurile anterioare. Dupa o noua evaluare si aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, vor fi declarati castigatori, primii trei ofertanti care au avut pretul cel mai mic. Autorizatiile, avizele si certificatele depuse in faza de ofertare trebuie sa fie valabile la momentul prezentarii.
