Reofertarea se va realiza cu maxim doua zecimale, la cererea autoritatii contractante, in plic inchis, depus la sediul autoritatii. Pentru locul 2: In cazul in care, ofertantii clasati pe locul 2, vor avea oferte egale de pret, li se va solicita de asemenea reofertare pentru departajare, in plic inchis depus la sediul autoritatii contractante. In aceasta situatie ocupantul locului 1 nefiind afectat deoarece in solicitarea de reofertare pentru departajare se va mentiona ca este vorba despre locul 2 al clasamentului.
