      1) Comisia de evaluare are dreptul de a solicita completari/clarificari la ofertele depuse;

      2) In cazul in care exista oferte pe locul 1 ce prezinta pret egal, se va solicita reofertare in plic inchis in vederea departajarii ofertelor. In situatia in care exista 2 sau mai multi ofertanti cu preturi egale situati pe locul 3, acestora li se va solicita preturi noi ce nu pot avea o valoare mai mica decat a ofetantantilor situati initial pe locul 2. In situatia in care exista 2 sau mai multi ofertanti cu preturi egale situati pe locul 2, acestora li se va solicita preturi noi ce nu pot avea o valoare mai mica decat a ofetantilor situati initial pe locul 1;

      3) Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face lunar sau trimestrial, in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului-cadru si de existenta creditelor bugetare aprobate; autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa achizitioneze intreaga cantitate maxima estimata a acordului-cadru;

      4) Autoritatea contractanta va continua procedura de atribuire, chiar daca va exista doar un singur operator economic cu oferta admisibila pe lot, si va incheia acordul cadru doar cu acel operator economic;
