      1) Comisia de evaluare are dreptul de a solicita completări/clarificări la ofertele depuse;

      2) În cazul în care există oferte pe locul 1 ce prezintă preț egal, se va solicita reofertare în plic închis în vederea departajării ofertelor. În situația în care există 2 sau mai multi ofertanți cu prețuri egale situați pe locul 3, acestora li se vor solicita prețuri noi ce nu pot avea o valoare mai mică decât a ofertanților situați inițial pe locul 2. În situația în care există 2 sau mai multi ofertanți cu prețuri egale situați pe locul 2, acestora li se vor solicita prețuri noi ce nu pot avea o valoare mai mică decât a ofertanților situați inițial pe locul 1;

      3) Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face lunar sau trimestrial, în funcție de necesitățile autorității contractante pe toată perioada de valabilitate a acordului-cadru și de existența creditelor bugetare aprobate. Autoritatea contractantă nu este obligată să achiziționeze întreaga cantitate maximă estimată a acordului-cadru;

      4) Autoritatea contractantă va continua procedura de atribuire, chiar dacă va exista doar un singur operator economic cu oferta admisibilă pe lot și va încheia acordul-cadru doar cu acel operator economic;
