      Se va incheia acordul-cadru cu maxim 3 operatori economici. Pentru departajarea eventualelor oferte cu preturi egale clasate pe unul dintre primele 3 locuri ale clasamentului, autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor care au ofertat pretul egal o noua propunere financiara sub forma unei clarificari in sistem, caz in care contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a carui noua propunere financiara are pretul cel mai scazut. In cazul in care reofertantii sunt pe locul 2/3 si prezinta oferte egale ca pret, modalitatea de departajare (reofertarea)nu afecteaza ofertantul mai sus clasat respectiv locurile de mai sus, pretul neputand fi imbunatatit decat pana la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior, respectiv locul 2 in clasament. In caietul de sarcini s-au detaliat cantitatile minime si maxime pe fiecare contract subsecvent in parte corespondent lotului. Conform legii nr. 98/2016, ofertantul este obligat sa utilizeze DUAE cu extensia xml (Document Unic De Achizitie European). Versiunea DUAE este pusa la dispozitie ca formular on-line de catre Comisia Europeana la adresa de internet dedicata: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter. Documentele justificative care probeaza îndeplinirea celor asumate prin completarea DUAE urmeaza a fi prezentate cu extensia xml, la solicitarea autoritatii contractante, numai de ofertantii clasati pe primele 3 locuri în clasamentul intermediar întocmit la finalizarea evaluarii ofertelor.
