      Departajarea ofertelor cu preturi egale se va face astfel: in cazul in care comisia constata ca au fost depuse/introduse in S.E.A.P., mai mult de doua oferte admisibile cu preturi egale la ofertantii clasati pe locul I, AC va transmite in S.E.A.P., o solicitare de clarificare referitoare la depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare imbunatatite (cu doua zecimale), iar op. ec. vor transmite raspunsul lor folosind facilitatile oferite de S.E.A.P., caz in care contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului care are pretul cel mai scazut. In cazul pastrarii egalitatii si dupa solicitarea de clarificari referitoare la depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare imbunatatite in S.E.A.P., AC va mai solicita maxim 2 clarificari in vederea imbunatatirii pretului ofertat.
