      În cazul în care pe primul loc vor exista 2 sau mai multe oferte admisibile care prezintă același preț, autoritatea contractantă va solicita ofertanților respectivi o nouă reofertare în plicuri închise și sigilate, în vederea departajării. Clasamentul final se va stabili în urma prețurilor obținute prin reofertare, criteriul de atribuire fiind același, „prețul cel mai scăzut”. Oferta și documentele care o însoțesc se depun online semnate cu semnătura electronică extinsă, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca inacceptabilă, în baza art. 137 alin. (1) litera j din H.G. 395/2016. Pentru vizualizarea documentației de atribuire încărcate în SEAP, operatorul economic trebuie să dețină un program necesar vizualizării fișierelor semnate electronic (acest program este disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnătură electronică).
