      Cerinte obligatorii privind garantia de participarea

      In cazul unei garantii de participare emise de catre o societate de asigurari se va prezenta polita de asigurare/contractul de asigurare insotit de dovada platii integrale a politei de asigurare/contractului de asigurare.

      Polita de asigurare/contractul de asigurare precum si dovada platii integrale a politei de asigurare/contractului de asigurare emise in alta limba decat romana vor fi insotite de traducerea autorizata in limba romana.

      In cazul in care Ofertantul este reprezentat de o Asociere de operatori economici, este obligatorie completarea in continutul garantiei de participare la sectiunea „ofertant – denumire/numele” a numelui Asocierii cu nominalizarea tuturor membrilor Asocierii in conformitate cu Acordul de Asociere.

      Garantia de participare emisa in alta limba decat romana va fi prezentata insotita de traducerea autorizata in limba romana.
