        Incheierea pe loturi a acordului cadru pentru atribuirea contractelor subsecvente avand ca obiect furnizarea de hartie si carton pentru tiparit pentru o perioada de 12 luni. Produsele ce fac obiectul acordului cadru ce urmeaza a fi incheiat sunt definite exact in caiet de sarcini, parte integranta a prezentei documentatii de atribuire. Estimari ale cantitatilor minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, precum si ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent, pe loturi, sunt prevazute in anexele de la nr. 7 la nr. 18, inclusiv, parti integrante ale caietului de sarcini.       1) In cazul in care se constata ca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari, prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici a unor documente care contin noi preturi. Noua propunere financiara nu va influenta în niciun caz propunerea tehnica, aceasta ramânând neschimbata. Oferta declarata castigatoare va fi cea cu pretul cel mai scazut.

      2) Elemente de confidentialitate: ofertantul va elabora oferta în conformitate cu prevederile documentatiei de atribuire si va indica, motivat, în cuprinsul acesteia, care informatii din propunerea tehnica si/sau propunerea financiara sunt confidentiale, clasificate sau sunt protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala conform legislatiei aplicabile.

      3) AC are dreptul sa solicite în original orice document cu regim special a carui valabilitate este conditionata de prezentarea în aceasta forma.
