      Nedepunerea DUAE atrage respingerea ofertei ca inacceptabila, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 143 alin. (2) lit. b) din HG nr. 395/2016.

      Declaratia privind neincadrarea in situatiile prevazute la art. 58 – 63 din Legea 98/2016 va fi depusa inca de la inceput,o data cu DUAE.
