      In cazul in care in urma aplicarii criteriului de atribuire „pretul cel mai scazut”, avem 2 sau mai multe oferte cu acelasi pret clasate pe primul loc, departajarea ofertelor cu acelasi pret se va realiza tot in format electronic prin transmiterea unei solicitari de clarificari din partea autoritatii contractante, la care operatorii economici vor transmite raspunsul lor online ( in SEAP).

      Prezentul acord-cadru inceteaza de drept pentru acele medicamente licitate si adjudecate la nivel national de catre Ministerul Sanatatii, desemnat ca unitate de achizitii centralizata, conf. OUG 71/2012 si a ordinului 1292/2012 aferent, si care sunt cuprinse in prezentul acord-cadru.
