         Documentatiile vor cuprinde urmatoarele specialitati: arhitectura, rezistenta / consolidare si instalatii electrice – curenti slabi si curenti tari, instalatii sanitare si instalatii termice si de ventilatie.

         In baza studiului DALI si a avizelor obtinute pe baza acestuia s-au propus interventii asupra cladirilor monument istoric.

      Se recomanda ofertantilor sa inspecteze locatia pentru a evalua, pe propria raspundere, cheltuiala si risc, datele necesare pentru a pregati oferta. Potentialii ofertanti care intentioneaza sa participe la vizitarea amplasamentului vor anunta autoritatea contractanta asupra acestui lucru printr-un anunt telefonic facut cu o zi inainte de data vizitei si se va intocmi un proces verbal de vizitare a amplasamentului (Serviciul Tehnic – 021/307.73.27, 021/315.55.24). Participantii la vizitarea amplasamentului isi vor asigura mijloc de transport in vederea efectuarii vizitei.
