         Val totala estimata a procedurii este de 29 151 536 RON fara TVA si include valoarea totala estimata a Contractelor ce rezulta din aceasta procedura: 22 424 260 RON fara TVA si valoarea totala estimata aferenta eventualelor lucrari similare ce ar putea fi achizitionate ulterior in baza unei proceduri de negociere fara publicare prealabila: 6 727 276 RON fara TVA.

         Valoarea estimata a Contractului este exprimata in RON fara TVA, pentru fiecare lot in parte, astfel:

         — Pentru lot 1: valoare totala 12 171 333 RON

         — Pentru lot 2: valoare totala 135 054 RON

         — Pentru lot 3: valoare totala 1 054 658 RON

         — Pentru lot 4: valoare totala 4 786 894 RON

         — Pentru lot 5: valoare totala 1 885 455 RON

         — Pentru lot 6: valoare totala 263 698 RON

      Intreaga documentatie de atribuire este disponibila in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro). Mentionam faptul ca pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcata in SEAP, operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba instalat un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic, acest program fiind disponibil pe site-urile de internet ale furnizorilor de semnatura electronica. Pentru a putea participa la prezenta procedura, operatorii economici interesati vor fi inregistrati in SEAP si vor achita, dupa caz, taxele necesare stipulate pe www.e-licitatie.ro

      Operatorii economici care descarca prezenta documentatie de atribuire direct din atasamentul la anuntul de participare publicat in SEAP au obligatia de a urmari, in SEAP, la rubrica „Documente si clarificari”, atasarea diverselor comunicari facute de Autoritatea Contractanta urmare a unor solicitari de clarificare cerute de unii potentiali ofertanti.

      Solicitarile de clarificari privind Documentatia de atribuire din partea operatorilor economici interesati, si implicit raspunsurile aferente din partea Autoritatii contractante, se vor transmite exclusiv prin intermediul SEAP, confom art. 160, alin. 3 din Legea 98/2016.

      Ofertantii nerezidenti vor prezenta traduceri autorizate in limba romana ale tuturor documentelor solicitate in prezenta documentatie de atribuire.

      Operatorii economici participanti la procedura de atribuire au obligatia completarii si prezentarii formularului DUAE in forma specificata in Sectiunea E–DUAE, parte a documentatiei de atribuire.
