      1) Punctajul total acordat pentru fiecare oferta se calculeaza pe baza formulei: P(total) = P(financiar) + P(tehnic) Punctaj financiar = 90p Punctaj tehnic = 10 p. In cazul in care se constata ca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au punctaje egale, in vederea departajarii ofertelor, entitatea contractanta (prin intermediul SEAP la Sectiunea „Intrebari”) va solicita reofertarea, prin prezentarea unei noi propuneri financiare (mai mica decat cea depus initial). Noua propunere financiara va fi depusa doar si numai in urma solicitarii entitatii contractante.

      1) Daca si în urma reofertarii, ofertantii nu vor putea fi departajati, vor deveni incidente prevederile art. 212 alin. (1) lit. c) din Legea nr. 98/2016, fiind imposibila încheierea contractului. 2) Elemente de confidentialitate: Ofertantul va elabora oferta în conformitate cu prevederile documentatiei de atribuire si va indica, motivat, în cuprinsul acesteia, care informatii din propunerea tehnica si/sau propunerea financiara sunt confidentiale, clasificate sau sunt protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala conform legislatiei aplicabile. 3) AC are dreptul sa solicite în original orice document cu regim special a carui valabilitate este conditionata de prezentarea în aceasta forma. 4) Operatorii economici interesati sa participe la procedura pot accesa DUAE la adresa https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter. 5) Daca este cazul, ofertantii vor completa si depune in cadrul ofertei Formularul nr. 3 – Informatii privind asocierea si Formularul nr. 4 – Acordul de asociere, mentionate in Sectiunea Formulare.DUAE se va completa si depune de catre ofertant/asociat/tert sustinator/subcontractant pentru fiecare lot pentru care se va depune oferta.
