      DUAE se poate accesa la adresa: https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter Modul de departajare a ofertelor care inregistreaza preturi egale: -pentru locul 1: In situatia in care, se constata ca ofertele clasatepe primul loc, au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici, situati pe primul loc, a unor documente care vor contine noi preturi (reofertare). Oferta cu pretul cel mai scazut va fi declarata castigatoare. Pentru locul 2: In situatia in care, se constata ca ofertele clasate pe locul 2, au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici, situati pe locul 2, a unor documente care vor contine noi preturi (reofertare). Oferta cu pretul cel mai scazut va fi declarata castigatoare. Ofertantul clasat pe locul I (loc superior) nu va fi afectat in nici o forma, intrucat in solicitarea de departajare se va mentiona in mod ferm si neechivoc locul 2 pentru care se reoferteaza.

      Oferta cu pretul cel mai scazut va fi declarata castigatoare. -pentru locul 3: In situatia in care, se constata ca ofertele clasate pe locul 3, au preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici, situati pe locul 3, a unor documente care vor contine noi preturi (reofertare). Oferta cu pretul cel mai scazut va fi declarata castigatoare. Ofertantul clasat pe locul I si locul II (locuri superioare) nu va fi afectat in nici o forma, intrucat in solicitarea de departajare se va mentiona in mod ferm si neechivoc locul 3 pentru care se reoferteaza. Oferta cu pretul cel mai scazut va fi declarata castigatoare. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a rezilia unilateral acordul cadru inainte de termen in cazul in care Ministerul Sanatatii va incheia in baza OUG nr.71/2012, acorduri cadru avand ca obiect servicii similare cu cele din prezenta procedura.
