      În situatia în care se constata ca ofertele clasate pe primul loc au preturi egale, AC va solicita o singura data clarificari prin intermediul SEAP, în cadrul directorului „Intrebari”, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre OF respectivi, de documente care contin noi preturi. La OF care nu vor trimite noi propuneri financiare la solicitarea de reofertare din partea AC sau a caror propunere financiara va fi transmisa dupa data si ora specificata in solicitarea de reofertare, comisia de evaluare va lua in calcul pentru stabilirea castigatorului propunerea financiara care a fost postata in SEAP. Solicitare de reofertare se realizeaza prin intermediul SEAP, în cadrul directorului „Intrebari” ”, in vederea incarcarii electronice de catre OF respectivi, de documente care contin noi preturi.
