      Avand in vedere criteriul de atribuire stabilit in cazul in care doua sau mai multe oferte prezinta acelasi cel mai scazut pret, comisia de evaluare a ofertelor va solicita ca si clarificare prin intermediul facilitatilor tehnice din SEAP, incarcarea de catre ofertantii in cauza a unor documente ce vor contine o noua propunere financiara. Toate documentele aferente ofertei se depun in SEAP semnate electronic potrivit art. 60-63 din HG 395/2016.
