      Orice ofertant are dreptul de a-si retrage oferta numai inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertei. Ofertantul este obligat sa informeze autoritatea contractanta despre orice modificare intervenita cu privire la situatiile certificate prin prezentarea documentelor solicitate la cap. III.2) si III.3) in termen de maxim 7 zile lucratoare de la interventia sau, dupa caz, luarea la cunostinta asupra acestor modificari.

      Pentru vizualizarea documentatiei de atribuire incarcate in SEAP operatorii economici trebuie sa aiba un program necesar vizualizarii fisierelor semnate electronic (acest program fiind disponibil gratuit pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnatura electronica).

      Intrucat modalitatea de atribuire este acord-cadru cu 3 (trei) operatori economici, in cazul in care doua sau mai multe oferte clasate pe unul din primele 3 locuri ale clasamentului, prezinta acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor cu preturi egale, o noua propunere financiara depusa prin intermediul SEAP, a carei valoare nu trebuie imbunatatita decat pana la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul anterior.
