      Comunicarea privind rezultatul procedurii va fi transmis pe SEAP si prin utilizarea uneia din urmatoarele modalitati de comunicare: fax/email.

      Autoritatea contractanta are dreptul de a solicita ofertantilor, în circumstante exceptionale, înainte de expirarea perioadei de valabilitate a ofertei, prelungirea acestei perioade.

      În situatia în care 2 sau mai multi operatori economici ale caror oferte au fost declarate admisibile din punct de vedere juridic, tehnic si economico-financiar de catre autoritatea contractanta, au ofertat preturile cele mai mici egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita numai acelor operatori depunerea de noi oferte de pret, pe SEAP în sectiunea „Clarificari”.

      Operatorii economici au dreptul sa îmbunatateasca pretul ofertat anterior, urmând ca oferta care contine noul pret cel mai scazut sa fie declarata câstigatoare.

      Ofertantul va prezenta o declaratie prin care accepta clauzele contractuale cuprinse in modelul de acord-cadru/contract-subsecvent din documentatia de atribuire (in caz contrar se considera acceptul tacit al acestuia).

      În situatia în care sunt obiectiuni la proiectul de contract aceste vor fi formulate în scris prin intermediul solicitarilor de clarificari respectând termenele prevazute de art. 161 din Legea 98/2016.
