      Departajarea ofertelor cu acelasi pret situate pe primul loc: in situatia in care 2 sau mai multi ofertanti situati pe primul loc au acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita clarificari prin intermediul SEAP si va solicita ofertantilor aflati in aceasta situatie sa transmita in format electronic prin SEAP o noua propunere financiara, iar contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a carui noua propunere financiara are pretul cel mai scazut.

      Comunicarea privind rezultatul procedurii va fi transmis pe SEAP si prin utilizarea uneia din urmatoarele modalitati de comunicare: fax/email.
