      Daca se constata ca pe locul 1 sunt clasate 2 sau mai multe oferte deoarece au preturi egale, in vederea departajarii autoritatea contractanta va solicita operatorilor economici in cauza sa incarce electronic prin intermediul SEAP documente care contin noile preturi. Acordul cadru se va incheia cu cel mult 3 operatori economici. In situatia in care mai multi operatori economici.se claseaza pt. incheierea acordului cadru la egalitate pe locul 2 deoarece au preturi egale, in vederea departajarii autoritatea contractanta va solicita operatorilor economici in cauza sa incarce electronic prin intermediul SEAP documente care contin noile preturi. Aceste noi preturi nu pot fi îmbunatatite decât pâna la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul 1 în clasament. In situatia in care mai multi operatori economici.se claseaza pt. incheierea acordului cadru la egalitate pe locul 3 deoarece au preturi egale, in vederea departajarii autoritatea contractanta va solicita operatorilor economici in cauza sa incarce electronic prin intermediul SEAP documente care contin noile preturi. Aceste noi preturi pot fi îmbunatatite decât pâna la nivelul pretului ofertat de operatorul clasat pe locul 2 în clasament
