        Obiectul contractului: Medicamente pentru tratamentului dependentei (combinatii de buprenorphine + nalaxone, methadone, naltrexone).

        Datorita specificului unitatii — asigurarea tratamentului dependentei de droguri al pacientilor incadrati in Programul National de Sanatate Mintala, este oportuna incheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare a medicamentelor destinate dependentei, pentru ca:

        — nu se poate determina o cantitate exacta necesara si nici un grafic de livrari precis,

        — cantitatea ce urmeaza a fi achizitionata variaza in functie de numarul de pacienti dar si de tratamentul administrat acestora, conform evolutiei starii lor de sanatate,

        — tratamentul cu medicamente specifice trebuie asigurat in mod continuu pentru a evita starile de sevraj si recaderea pacientilor in consumul de droguri.

        De aceea a fost aleasa incheirea unui acord-cadru valabil 24 luni.
