      1. Persoanele care asigura sustinerea financiara si/sau capacitatea tehnico-profesionala vor prezenta obligatoriu declaratiile corespunzatoare din modele de formulare.

      2. In situatia in care 2 sau mai multi ofertanti clasati pe primul loc, au acelasi pret, comisia de evaluare va solicita noi propuneri financiare care vor fi transmise electronic in SEAP, contractul fiind atribuit ofertantului a carui noua propunere financiara are pretul cel mai scazut.

      3. Fara a aduce atingere prevederilor Legii nr. 182/2002 privind protectia informatiilor clasificate, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, operatorul economic va preciza in oferta depusa care din informatiile cuprinse in propunerea tehnica si in propunerea financiara sunt considerate a fi confidentiale, clasificate, protejate de un drept de proprietate intelectuala in masura in care, in mod obiectiv, dezvaluirea acestor informatii ar prejudicia interesele legitime ale operatorului economic, in special in ceea ce priveste secretul comercial si proprietatea intelectuala.

      4. Completarea formularului DUAE este obligatorie pentru toti operatorii economici ce depun oferta. In acest sens, acestia vor consulta „Instructiuni de utilizare Formular DUAE, de pe pagina de start din SEAP”. Avand in vedere fisierele atasate FDA denumite „Regiunea Lot 1” si „Regiunea Lot 2” ele pot fi accesate folosind una din urmatoarele aplicatii Open Source cum ar fi: UDIG, QGIS, etc. sau unele din cele licentiate cum ar fi: ArcGis, Autodesk Map, MapInfo, etc. si reprezinta regiunea exacta de interes.
