         Obiectul prestatiei îl constituie executia operatiunilor de dragaj de intretinere in bazinele si senalele porturilor maritime, dar si realizarea acestor lucrari in zonele afectate de situatii neprevazute, aparute pe perioada derularii contractului.

         Volumul ce se va draga, pe perioada de maximum 24 de luni, va fi de 1 000 000 m3. Volumele exacte din zonele de dragaj se vor calcula in vederea decontarilor pe baza ridicarilor hidrografice efectuate înainte si dupa dragaj, de catre Beneficiar. Se vor executa lucrari de dragaj pana la incadrarea in valoarea contractuala.

         Termenul în care entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este a 10-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

         Termenul-limita pâna la care ofertantul poate sa adreseze solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. La solicitarile adresate dupa acest termen entitatea contractanta nu va raspunde.
