         Incinte de vid de volum mare (Large Volume Vacuum Enclosures — LVVE) — 2 ansambluri, LVVE-A si LVVE-B.

         Scopul acestei proceduri de atribuire este proiectarea, fabricarea, testarea, livrarea, si instalarea la ELI-NP a Incintelor de Vid de Volum Mare (Large Volume Vacuum Enclosures - LVVE) – 2 ansambluri, LVVE-A si LVVE-B. LVVE sunt necesare pentru instalarea la interior a mai multor oglinzi cu dimensiuni de pina la 1 x 0,8 x 0,2 m3 montate pe sisteme de pozitionare (translatie si rotatie) cu precizie de ordinul micrometrului, pentru directionarea si focalizarea fasciculelor laser de 10 PW produse de sistemul de transport al fasciculelor laser al ELI-NP. Fiecare din cele doua ansambluri, LVVE-A si LVVE-B, se compun din vasele de vid, asigura delimitarea volumului vidat de atmosfera exterioara si urmatoarele componente: Masa Optica, sistemul de ridicare demontabil, sistemul de chei de acces, sistemul de iluminare interioara.

         Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare adresate de catre operatorii economici, cu 10 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate pana la termenul limita de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

      2) În cazul punctajelor PES egale ale ofertelor de pe primul loc, va fi declarata castigatoare oferta cu pretul cel mai mic. În cazul în care ofertele de pe primul loc au acelasi punctaj financiar FPES si acelasi punctaj tehnic TPES, se va solicita reofertarea pretului. Oferta declarata castigatoare va fi cea cu pretul reofertat cel mai scazut;
