      1) Documentatia va fi descarcata de pe site-ul www.e-licitatie.ro. De asemenea, toate raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari cerute de operatorii economici sau formulate de autoritatea contractanta/decizii C.N.S.C./contestatii/note de informare/masuri de remediere vor fi postate pe site-ul www.e-licitatie.ro la rubrica „Documentatii/clarificari/decizii”, precum si prin publicare de erate;

      2) In cazul in care in urma stabilirii clasamentului final conform criteriului de atribuire comisia de evaluare constata ca sunt doua sau mai multe oferte au acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita operatorilor economici in cauza reofertarea, printr-o clarificare transmisa prin SEAP la sectiunea „Intrebari”, iar ofertantii vor depune un nou document/pret in SEAP ca urmare a solicitarii de clarificari formulate de autoritatea contractanta. Reofertarea se face doar pentru loturile la care va exista aceasta situatie;
