      Proiectul „Sanatatea ta conteaza! — Modernizarea spitalelor din Zimnicea si Svishtov” cod 16.5.2.042, este finantat în cadrul Programului Interreg V-A România — Bulgaria.

      Proiectul este finantat astfel: 85 % din Fondul European pentru Dezvoltare Regionala, 13 % contributie nationala (Guvernul Romaniei) si 2 % contributie beneficiar (Orasul Zimnicea).

Documentul DUAE este disponibil în format electronic, prin intermediul serviciului online, pus la dispozitie gratuit de Comisia Europeana, disponibil la adresa de internet https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter.

      Modul de departajare a ofertelor cu preturi egale se va face astfel: In cazul in care comisia constata ca au fost depuse/introduse in SEAP mai multe oferte admisibile cu preturi egale la ofertantii clasati pe locul 1, autoritatea contractanta va transmite prin SEAP, o solicitare de clarificare referitoare la depunerea unor noi propuneri financiare imbunatatite (cu 2 zecimale), iar operatorii economici vor transmite raspunsul lor folosind facilitatile oferite de SEAP, caz in care contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului care are pretul cel mai scazut.
